Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee.
Please note that late payments are subject to additional fees as outlined in our payment terms.

All materials created by us (e.g. plans, SOPs) for a client remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point usage rights transfer to the client.
Usage rights transfer only after complete payment has been received for the engagement.

Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, business interruption, or data loss).
Total Liability
Our total liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
